KEN SERIZAWA
A pioneer in producing international mountaineering, trekking, adventure, and nature tours in Japan. Through global partnerships, he promotes "Michi Explorer," his long-held dream of tour products showcasing Japan's mountains, nature, culture, and traditions.
HIROTO WATANABE
Head of Alpine Tour's inbound operations for domestic tours. Expert in Japanese mountaineering, trekking, and national parks. Deep knowledge of Japanese fish species and fishing methods through nature observation and conservation.
YASU KASHU
Adventure tour expert based in Azumino Plains, Nagano. Experienced guide specializing in hiking, winter mountaineering, nature photography, and inbound tourism. Contributes to local guide development.
YUTAKA YAMASAKI
With over 30 years in Alaska and pioneer of aurora tourism. Now based in Otsu, Shiga, overlooking Lake Biwa, promoting local culture through seasonal nature experiences on Hira-Hieizan Trail, Suzuka Mountains, and Kyoto Trail.
AI OKUYAMA
Extensive experience at popular Northern Alps mountain huts. Combines New Zealand national park hiking guide experience with current mountain hut work in Nagano, known for exceptional hospitality.
SHIN KANEKO
Native expert of Hakone, Japan's renowned hot spring resort. Specializes in historic Tokaido route "Hakone Hachiri," traditional Hatajuku marquetry, and local hot spring culture.
KAORI HASHIMOTO
Based in Fukushima, expert in Tohoku mountains and trails. Creates unique tours incorporating selected accommodations focusing on cuisine and hot springs from a female perspective. Extensive international trekking tour leadership experience
AKIO HARUKI
Hokkaido native with experience in Niseko rafting and New Zealand trekking guiding. Now based at Lake Kawaguchiko, dedicated to Mt. Fuji Long Trail guiding and conservation.
MEGUMI TERUI
Sapporo-based mountain and ski guide focusing on Hokkaido and Northern Alps. Experience guiding in Swiss Alps, leads overseas tours while guiding international guests in Japanese mountains.
MIKIO SUIZU
Experienced climber with extensive Patagonia ascents. Alpine Tour leader across Nepal, European Alps, North and South America. Passionate about sharing Japanese mountain culture.
